The Role

We’re seeking a driven and entrepreneurial BDR to join our New York and Raleigh teams. In this role, you’ll expand Greenplaces' customer base through outbound prospecting, qualifying new leads, and driving our sales strategy. You’ll engage with prospects to understand their sustainability needs and communicate how Greenplaces can help them reduce carbon emissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and create new sales opportunities through a variety of channels.
• Engage with prospects to understand their sustainability challenges and clearly explain how Greenplaces can help them achieve their goals.
• Meet and exceed weekly KPIs to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
• Own the prospecting process, demonstrating creativity and resourcefulness to optimize outreach and engage potential customers effectively.
• Develop deep expertise in sustainability practices and Greenplaces’ offerings to educate prospects effectively.

About You

• 1-3 years of experience in sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Creative and persistent in outbound prospecting through multiple channels.
• Hunter mentality, with a collaborative, positive attitude.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to work in a hybrid schedule in our New York or Raleigh offices.
