Content Marketing Coordinator

Levitate’s Content Marketing department is seeking a Coordinator who is excited and ready to dive into the world of content creation and strategy. This important role serves as the glue of the team, primarily helping to manage a constantly-growing library of templates that are used by thousands of small businesses across the country. Project management, administrative support, and creativity are at the core of this position.

The Coordinator is a perfect point of entry for someone who has a love of writing, a knack for grammar and fine details, and a desire to blossom into a writer and content strategist. You’ll be surrounded by supportive and talented teammates who are eager to help foster your growth and collaborate on a variety of projects related to the award-winning content we’re known for.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a robust library of pre-written email, social media, and blog templates
  • Monitor templates in the library for timeliness, archiving when necessary and communicating when updates are needed
  • Proofread and publish new templates into the Levitate content library, serving as the final set of eyes before content goes live
  • Become an expert on the available content within our template library to serve as a resource for other teams
  • Help convert email content into social media content
  • Assist with sending outreach to clients that highlights and recommends new content
  • Provide regular reporting, trends, and insights to the rest of the department
  • Assist with other day-to-day tasks that arise

Requirements
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and flexible
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle and prioritize a high volume of tasks
  • A passion for creating and editing great content
  • Desire to learn quickly and build expertise in the different industries we serve
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate professionally with clients
  • Experience using Canva preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
