We're looking for a driven Recruiting Coordinator to help us grow our amazing SDR team! As our Recruiting Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day processes of sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for our talented SDR applicants. You will report to the Director of Learning & Development and will work closely with sales managers to understand and meet their recruiting needs. It is a fast-paced role so you’ll need to be organized and able to change and adapt to growing business needs. This position is not within HR. While we collaborate closely with HR, we are seeking individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in recruiting.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job requirements, offering strategic advice and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate interviewing processes
  • Create and manage job postings
  • Review and organize incoming resumes
  • Conduct initial phone screens
  • Organize in-person interviews
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and processes
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personnel information including salary and related information

Requirements
  • 1 year of Inhouse recruitment experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred
  • Ability to manage projects independently
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload
  • Energetic and entrepreneurial personality with a strong internal drive to succeed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work independently
  • Willingness to be continually challenged and learn from mistakes
  • Capacity to respond quickly to a constantly evolving business model and challenges
