Location: Raleigh, North Carolina
Essential Responsibilities
- Open and close the CC location Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm
- Work after hours and weekend events as assigned
- Perform operations and community management at the CC location
- Being well versed in Raleigh Founded and Founded Community mission, values, and vision
- Report to Executive Director
- Maintain a professional image
- Other duties as assigned
- Attend all team meetings
- Attend all quarterly retreats
Capital Club Management
- Assist Raleigh Founded members
- Oversee inventory of Capital Club
- Perform opening and closing checklists daily
- Oversee Capital Club space from 8 am-5 pm M-F
- Foster community at Capital Club
- Attend to member needs
- Assist in coworking and suite tours at Capital Club
Leasing
- Client communication
- Tour scheduling
- Tour execution
- Editing leases
- Move in/move out
- Software management
- Update Coworking + Suite Scorecard
- Lead pipeline management
- Lead generation
Parking
- Vendor management
- Client management
- Execute on billing
Business Development
- Outreach to e-pipeline
- Write and release blogs
- Attend 1 event a week for lead generation
- Engage on social media with Raleigh Founded and partners 3 times a week
Other
- Other duties as assigned by the Director

Conditions of Raleigh Founded’s property: Employees and Interns may be given use of Raleigh Founded property, money to make purchases, computer equipment, etc. Employees are solely responsible for such items in their possession. Costs associated with the replacement of items due to loss or theft is the sole responsibility of the employee.
Non-compete Clause: Employees and Interns of Raleigh Founded acknowledge that the ideas, programming, and structure of Raleigh Founded programs belong to the organization. Employees and Interns will not work for or start another company, program, or other similar projects without the explicit and written permission of Raleigh Founded Raleigh for two years
after employment ends. Violation of this policy is grounds for immediate dismissal and may result in legal action.
