Position: Operations Coordinator

Position Start Date: February 2025

Job Details:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm M-F

Compensation:

  • Salary/Rate: $40,000/year
  • Health insurance option

Responsibilities:

General

  • Report directly to the Executive Director
  • Maintain clear and effective communication on a daily basis
  • Understand and adhere to B Corp standards
  • Embrace and embody Raleigh Founded's core values
  • Ensure the exterior of properties is well-maintained and clean
  • Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees, peers, and community members
  • Attend all Raleigh Founded hosted events
  • Attend weekly team meetings, monthly reporting meetings, and quarterly retreats
  • Other duties as assigned

Operations

  • Maintain with inventory across all Founded properties
  • Manage vendors across 5 locations
  • Work in tandem with Leasing Manager to ensure a seamless move-in and move-out process for all tenants
  • Create welcome materials for move-ins
  • Collect move-out items
  • Assist in property management-related issues
  • Troubleshoot problems such as printer malfunctions, suite lock issues, wifi connection
  • Manage lock security system for holiday closed dates
  • Be on call for after-hours emergencies, such as a tenant being locked out of the building

Community Management

  • Assist Raleigh Founded members with questions
  • Greet visitors and give tours of suites and event space as needed
  • Develop and maintain customer relations with members and sponsors
  • Keep assigned location clean and tidy

  • Technical and mechanical skills are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills.
